What you will do in your working day

  • Provide an efficient and friendly reception service to patients and visitors
  • Address general inquiries, explain procedures and schedule appointments
  • Record and manage all patient communications in line with Practice Policy

The training you will be getting

  • Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you will achieve a Level 3 certification
  • Over the course of 18 months, you will study topics such as understanding an organisation, regulations, policies & processes/procedures, aspects of project management
  • Training and training location to be confirmed
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required
