The training you will be getting

Equine Groom Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • All training will be carried out at the employer's premises, supported by the employer, and carried out by Haddon Training

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the successful candiate may have the opportunity to enrol onto the advanced (level 3) apprenticeship or to join Natalie Allen as a full-time member of the team

Things to consider

As there is no accommodation with this job you must be able to get yourself there daily. Livery for own horse is available. Riders and non-riders alike are welcome to apply for this position. If the candidate is a rider, they must be competent as Natalie only has competition-fit horses.

About the employer

I am a professional International Dressage rider and trainer based at my own yard in Warwickshire, where I train, compete and produce Dressage horses. I am passionate about horses and I look forward to the future. ​I am currently running my own yard Edgehill stud I compete Dressage horses for owners and I train clients ​ My Long term aim is to compete at the olympic's I understand this requires lots of hard work I feel I have the drive and determination to succeed to reach my goal. I am very lucky to have a great support team including the worlds best trainers Carl Hester and Charlotte Du Jardin.  ​ ​
