What you will do in your working day

This will involve supporting colleagues in the planning,
implementation and evaluation of group and individualised
programmes of learning experience for students and help support
and monitor their progress.

  • The post holder will need to be aware, support and ensure all
    students have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop
    and promote positive values, attitudes and good student
    behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents in line with
    established policy and encouraging students to take responsibility
    for their own behaviour
  • As part of the role, you will contribute to activities run by FAB
    (Friends of Anstee Bridge Charity) and support with administrative
    duties to help with the running of Anstee Bridge

The training you will be getting

Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

The training will take place at the workplace, at home or Twickenham Training Centre.

This will be one day a week.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Full time teaching assistant or support assistant working with young people.
