What you will do in your working day
The successful candidate will take part in (but will not be limited to):
- Setting up, programming and operating machines
- Machining components to customer specifications
- Working to strict health and safety guidelines
- Being aware of and working to deadlines
The training you will be getting
Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Operative apprenticeship standard which includes:
- Level 2 Diploma in Manufacturing (knowledge and skills)
- Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
Learning will take place in the workplace with the need to attend training with NSEGTA when required
