What you will do in your working day

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Process new sales orders and general data processing requests
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Take care of orders of office supplies and other materials
  • Record dispatch notes, receipts and stock information
