What you will do in your working day
- Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation
- Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Process new sales orders and general data processing requests
- Manage databases and filing systems
- Take care of orders of office supplies and other materials
- Record dispatch notes, receipts and stock information
