What you will do in your working day

  • To provide administrative support to the business as required
  • Maintain and update office databases and other software
  • Manage relevant filing systems
  • Update computer records
  • Answer the telephone in a courteous, professional manner and follow up to ensure all queries are answered
  • Get involved in Business improvement projects
  • Ensure reception is covered and guests and visitors are welcomed and checked in
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to provide them with up-to-date information
  • Comply with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, health, safety and security, confidentiality and GDPR, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as may reasonably be required
  • Complete all apprenticeship related coursework

  • 1 virtual session per month
