You will work with a friendly and energetic team and help the team to ensure essential administration is carried out; dealing with scheduling of work on the manufacturing of signage, assists with scheduling installations.

What you will do in your working day
- To provide administrative support to the business as required
- Maintain and update office databases and other software
- Manage relevant filing systems
- Update computer records
- Answer the telephone in a courteous, professional manner and follow up to ensure all queries are answered
- Get involved in Business improvement projects
- Ensure reception is covered and guests and visitors are welcomed and checked in
- Liaise with internal and external customers to provide them with up-to-date information
- Comply with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, health, safety and security, confidentiality and GDPR, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person
- Any other ad hoc tasks as may reasonably be required
- Complete all apprenticeship related coursework

- Maths and English Functional Skills (if required)
- 1 virtual session per month
