What you will do in your working day
* To manage sales customer accounts.
* To identify and acquire new business through telesales.
* To answer telephone enquiries from customers and re-direct as appropriate.
* To process orders and raise quotations, delivery notes, invoices and statements.
* To follow up on quotations with customers.
* To maintain the customer sales database.
* To prepare and send information requested by customers, including technical data, product information sheets, catalogues, price lists and other related sales literature.
* To undertake mailing shots and other marketing activities as required.
* To undertake the customer benchmark survey.
*To undertake and initiate marketing campaigns, to include:
- Content Marketing.
- Email Marketing.
- Marketing Analytics.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing.
* To understand health and safety responsibilities both as an individual and for the position appointed and work within the rules given in the Company H&S Policy Document.
The training you will be getting
Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme.
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:
· Analyse and contribute information on the digital environment to inform short and long term digital communications strategies and campaigns.
· Recommend and apply effective, secure and appropriate solutions using a wide variety of digital technologies.
· Use a variety of digital marketing tools such as: search marketing, search engine optimisation, e mail marketing, web analytics and Pay-Per-Click.
· Understand the principles of coding and be able to use this to aid with future digital marketing campaigns.
Apprentices must achieve one internationally recognised vendor or professional qualification. This then exempts one of the Ofqual-regulated knowledge modules as shown below:
