What you will do in your working day
·We are looking for someone to go out to the local market and to locate other businesses who we can support in getting funding
·The role requires, but is not limited to, contacting businesses to see how we can help them with their business funding requirements, working those cases through to the point that the client gets the funding they require, and the admin associated.
·This will involve researching businesses, contacting those businesses mainly by calling but also by visiting and emailing.
·It will involve working with other members of the team to present the right finance solution to that client and managing to the point the client gets their funding
·It will involve building relationships with Businesses and Professionals to get ongoing and referral business.
·Business development.
·Handle and respond efficiently to customer phone calls when required; identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure high levels of customer service.
·Undertaking all personal development including any internal; and external training required
·Managing applications with banks and funders through the various portals
·Weekly 121 with manager.
·Monthly whole team meeting
·Ensure customer records are updated and maintained through the relevant system
