What you will do in your working day
- Filling a wide range of lubricants into pack sizes from 1 litre to 205 litre barrels
- Preparing packaging prior to filling, including labelling and batch control
- Unloading vehicles and inspecting goods in before locating within the site in readiness for production
- Picking, packing and dispatching of finished products
- Stock taking and batch control within the warehouse
- Use of bespoke IT system to control stock movements
- Working to tight deadlines daily
- Maintaining a safe, tidy environment by managing waste packaging and other materials correctly

- You will work towards the Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative standard with Gateshead College
