What you will do in your working day

Plan and structure activities to support the development of children within our care
Ensure each individual child's needs are met
Work as part of a team and build relationships with staff, children and parents/carers
Contribute effectively to the safeguarding of all children
Structure your workload and strive to achieve your apprenticeship completion by the deadline set

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Upon successful completion of your level 3 qualification, we can then get you into a further role within a Bright Horizons nursery
We also have various accredited training programmes, such as our Room Leader programme to support you with your career
