You will be centred in the middle of the business with a friendly team, some of which have completed the same qualification. You will help manage orders from customers and account holders amongst other duties.

What you will do in your working day
- Help manage orders from customers and account holders
- Learn to book shipments with different couriers
- Assist with general customer queries and work alongside the customer service team
- Help answer the phone for incoming calls
- Ensure the company’s online portal is kept up to date and accurate
- Assist staff with tasks for the company’s website
- Receive training from experienced team members in various aspects of the business
The training you will be getting
- You will attend Boston College at least once a month where you will receive one-to-one support from your assessor and functional skills tutors
- On successful completion of the course you will achieve a level 3 qualification
