What you will do in your working day
- Managing day to day emails Liaising with clients and suppliers over the phone and via email
- Managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and Tiktok
- Contribute to providing a positive customer experience for our customers and clients
- Producing documents including brochures and presentations for our products and customer requirements
- Assist with general office duties to help with the daily running of the office.
The training you will be getting
- Business Administration Level 3 qualification
- Functional Skills maths and English if required
- Off The Job Training min 20%
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
