The successful applicant will work closely with our Project Managers and QA Lead to support and maintain relationships with our clients and suppliers. The role will include assisting project managers and building rapport with clients and suppliers.

What you will do in your working day
- Planning and scheduling own workload so that all activities are completed accurately and on time
- Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement activities
- Progress reporting to Project Managers (daily or as appropriate depending on the requirement)
- Collate supplier details - e.g. profiles for people - their certificates, DBS etc
- Create caveats for survey quotes - create templates of caveats for each survey type which can then be customised if needed
- Confirm access arrangements for surveys - double checking days before to make sure arrangements are confirmed
- Basic document formatting - e.g. stripping sensitive info for information packs we need to send to suppliers for quotes
- General project admin duties – chasing quotes and reports from suppliers. Following up on submitted quotes and information requests from client/suppliers
- Respond to client queries within 1 hour
- Procurement of new suppliers
The training you will be getting
Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete a Business Administrator Apprenticeship Level 3.
