What you will do in your working day

  • Issuing documentation to clients
  • Attending Local Networking Events
  • Creating Business Social Media Posts
  • Booking travel and hotels
  • Actioning preferred supplier checks, customer requests for information in a timely manner
  • Dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Carrying out and typing up minutes to meetings
  • Making telephone calls to our monthly Retained Clients and logging this on our CRM System
  • Undertake all aspects of administration, from booking training and chasing certificates, to logging reports
  • Computer work - preparing, organising, and storing information
  • Telephone work - dealing with queries on the phone
  • Answering emails and dealing with emailed queries
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Customer service and dealing with staff and customer
  • Managing diary systems
  • Ordering supplies

The training you will be getting

  • On completion of this apprenticeship, you will receive a level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed
  • Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • This is expected to be a full-time position available within the business and opportunity to further the learning through more qualification and higher level apprenticeships if this is what the successful applicants wants
