What you will do in your working day
Chemical Engineering apprentices will work in Unilever Research & Development Leeds, delivering high quality product innovations to support Unilever's Personal Care category innovation programmes.
Apprentices will rotate through Unilever’s research and development teams, and will:
- Get exposure to different stages of our product development lifecycle
- Learn about developing new formulation technologies
- Learn about scaling and optimising our manufacturing processes
- Deploy products to full scale manufacturing in our supply chain
- Help to embed digital technologies into the heart of our innovations.
The training you will be getting
As an apprentice, individuals will study part time at the University of Strathclyde towards a BEng degree in Chemical Engineering.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
