    This will rise to £18,980.85 in your second year. 32 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, plus the option to purchase up to 5 more days. An excellent pension and 8Xsalary Life Assurance scheme

What you will do in your working day

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and managing the bid team’s email inbox, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and effective organisation of communication
  • Administering various bid-related system portals, including scanning documents, uploading relevant information and actively searching for new opportunities
  • Maintaining systems, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Reviewing and assessing bid documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance
  • Organising and maintaining a comprehensive archive of bid-related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed
  • Collaborating with the bid team to create workload distribution plan for tenders, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently
  • Assisting tender preparation with the bid team, including document formatting, proofreading and assembling packages

The training you will be getting

  • Hull College will deliever the Apprenticeship Standard Business Administrator Level 3
  • Plus functional skills in Maths and English if required
