What you will do in your working day
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing the bid team’s email inbox, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and effective organisation of communication
- Administering various bid-related system portals, including scanning documents, uploading relevant information and actively searching for new opportunities
- Maintaining systems, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Reviewing and assessing bid documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance
- Organising and maintaining a comprehensive archive of bid-related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed
- Collaborating with the bid team to create workload distribution plan for tenders, ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently
- Assisting tender preparation with the bid team, including document formatting, proofreading and assembling packages
The training you will be getting
- Hull College will deliever the Apprenticeship Standard Business Administrator Level 3
- Plus functional skills in Maths and English if required
