What you will do in your working day
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will support with:
- Reception duties
- General administration and clerical work
- Managing diaries
- Supporting the Children's Parliament, including adminstration and organisation of children's events
- Managing central expenses and ordering
- Providing admin services to the school improvement team
- Supporting with governance administration
The training you will be getting
The successful candidate will gain a nationally recognised Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Functional skills if required.
This will be completed with Wakefield College (Heart of Yorkshire). You will work with an assessor who will guide you through your programme of learning to produce a portfolio of evidence using e-portfolio, within your workplace. You may also be required to attend sessions to learn theoretical concepts relating to business administration.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
This role will prepare the successful candidate for a role in administration, school/education administration or business support. There will be transferable skills for any office environment, though specific experiences will be education focused.
