What you will do in your working day
- We collect data, monitor process equipment and show where errors are occurring- and we do it using a working methodology called Kaizen, which is all about how small changes can have a massive impact. Learning this stuff is truly exciting because it’s about how we’ll future-proof our manufacturing activity- right-now solutions for long-term gain
- We’ll give you loads of support from some amazing people and there’ll even be outdoor, residential development as part of your training package. It’s all in pursuit of becoming an unmatched problem solver and driven team member who plays a key part in delivering world-class products to our customers, right first time
