What you will do in your working day
You will be involved with the following tasks such as:
- Providing remote first line support
- Desktop migrations from one domain to another Office 365
- Mailbox setup and configuration Active Directory configuration (users and computers)
- Windows PC and laptop roll outs
- Installing printer and toners
- Travelling to NHS sites and providing preventative maintenance support
