What you will do in your working day

You will be involved with the following tasks such as:

  • Providing remote first line support
  • Desktop migrations from one domain to another Office 365
  • Mailbox setup and configuration Active Directory configuration (users and computers)
  • Windows PC and laptop roll outs
  • Installing printer and toners
  • Travelling to NHS sites and providing preventative maintenance support
