We are looking for a bright, hard working and caring person to join our team looking after children from 2 years to 5 years of age, and provide an after school and breakfast club for 2-5 year olds. What you will do in your working day
- Assisting the staff team with caring for young children.
- Helping to plan and prepare a wide range of play and
learning experiences. - Supervising children to ensure their safety when involved in
activities and play.
The training you will be getting
- L2 Early Year Practitioner
Apprentices who have not achieved the equivalent of level 2
qualifications in maths and English, will need to achieve level 1
functional skills in these and work towards level 2 functional skills.
The apprentice will spend 6 hours of their working hours in off the job
activities and training.
On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the
workplace.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Upon completion of the apprenticeship course, a permanent role
may be offered.
