This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. You will be answering the phone and connecting calls to the correct department.

What you will do in your working day
The job duties will include providing office support, including:
- Customer and employee support
- Keeping well-organised files and records
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Answering phone and connecting calls to the proper department
- Following up on business communications
- Preparing meeting rooms by setting up chairs and arranging refreshments and being ready for any other administrative tasks required
