What you will do in your working day

Snack line:

  • Preparing ingredients for snack production line
  • Grinding and mixing
  • Checking shipment orders are correct and without defects
  • Rolling out dough, cutting and baking
  • Cooling, storing, packing for delivery

Tasks will include:

  • Preparing ingredients before the classes
  • Assisting students during classes
  • Cleaning and tidying up at debrief
  • You will learn to make a variety of dishes from Italy, India and other parts of the world

The training you will be getting

  • You will gain a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship Standard qualification
  • you'll be working alongside a supportive entreprenuer day-in day-out

Cookery classes:

  • These happen 3-4 times a month, where you will get to support and shadow Thyme in the Kitchen Masterchef Natasha Shamji
