What you will do in your working day
Working at our Gloucestershire nursery alongside qualified members of staff. Caring for children aged 6 months to 5 years of age, carrying out nursery duties such as:
- Changing nappies
- Feeding children
- Setting up activities
- Supervising play
- Helping at meal times
The training you will be getting
- Level 2 qualification in childcare Early years practitioner with the option of completing a level 3
- English and maths qualifications form a mandatory part of all apprenticeships and must be completed before an apprentice can pass through gateway
- Blended on/off the job training and location to be confirmed.
