To provide excellent customer service to all customers, and to support colleagues within the store, providing advice on all services, spectacles, repairs and contact lenses. As part of your day to day position you will be measuring the frames and ensure they fit perfectly and ordering prescription glasses and contact lenses in for the customer.

What you will do in your working day
- Greeting customers at the door as they enter the shop
