The Yacht is in Royal Victoria Dock just opposite Excel London. Role will include serving food and drinks to guests, advising on menu choices, housekeeping, and more.

What you will do in your working day

Duties will include:

  • Advise guests on food & wine choices
  • Take food and beverage orders from our guests
  • Clean restaurant & work areas
  • You will gain an in-depth knowledge of all beverages and menu items
  • To provide high-quality customer service ensuring customers have a memorable experience
  • To report any guest complaints and suggestions to the Manager on duty
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and ability to understand and respond to individual guests’ needs and requirements
  • Basic knowledge about Food and Wines
  • Attention to detail and consistency
  • Immaculate grooming standards
