What you will do in your working day
- Receive and respond to IT and communication equipment failures and upgrades
- Install/replace and set up ITC hardware
- Administer purchase of supplies relating to printer cartridges
- Provide support in works order management
- Provide administrative support to the Resources Team
- Provide analysis and reporting on performance data
- Provide expertise and support in delivering company projects
- Communicate with key infrastructure suppliers as required
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Information CommunicationTechnician
- This will also include functional skills English and maths Level 2 if required
- End point assessment
- Certificate of completion of the standard
You may have to attend formal college sessions (if English & maths are required) - You will learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours related to the apprenticeship standard
