What you will do in your working day

  • Receive and respond to IT and communication equipment failures and upgrades
  • Install/replace and set up ITC hardware
  • Administer purchase of supplies relating to printer cartridges
  • Provide support in works order management
  • Provide administrative support to the Resources Team
  • Provide analysis and reporting on performance data
  • Provide expertise and support in delivering company projects
  • Communicate with key infrastructure suppliers as required

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in Information CommunicationTechnician
  • This will also include functional skills English and maths Level 2 if required
  • End point assessment
  • Certificate of completion of the standard
    You may have to attend formal college sessions (if English & maths are required)
  • You will learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours related to the apprenticeship standard

  • This apprenticeship could lead to a full time role for the right applicant
