What you will do in your working day

  • Communication with clients, staff, contractors and the general public via phone and email
  • Professional telephone answering
  • Dealing with office visitors
  • Help Desk, utilising JOB LOGIC:
  • Logging of reactive jobs
  • Liaison with contractors regarding works
  • Coordination with operations and contracts departments regarding new and current results
  • Coordination with business development regarding potential new sites
  • Upkeep of JOB LOGIC database
  • Update and co-ordination of works via client portals
  • Creation of site visits and defect reports
  • Maintaining and updating manual and electronic filing systems
  • General office support
  • Coordination of site-specific requests via contract management or clients
  • Liaising with customers to agree on access dates / requirements where site-specific / applicable
  • Monitoring quality deliverance through scrutinising photos provided from team visits
  • Camera and Dropbox downloads
