What you will do in your working day

  • An opportunity to become part of a growing communications technology business
  • You will be assisting with all aspects of business administration working with the latest Microsoft business applications in a relaxed office environment
  • You will gain experience in interpersonal and communication skills liaising directly with our clients, suppliers and other team members on project based work
  • You will also develop strong administrative and technical skills along with a good basic knowledge of the business mobile, VoIP, IT and Internet services industry

The training you will be getting

  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work and observation throughout your training
  • You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge

  • Progression to full time employee with prospects for job role to grow with the business
