What you will do in your working day

You’ll work with our Operations Manager to ensure that we work efficiently and effectively whilst providing excellent customer service. This will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
  • Ensuring customer, staff, volunteer and horse records are kept and filed and stored appropriately.
  • Ensuring that the main office and reception area are tidy and inviting with information clearly displayed.
  • Updating timetables during holiday periods. 
  • Working with the team to create a welcoming, positive and happy atmosphere for young people who attend.
