What you will do in your working day
Daily duties will include:
- Customer service
- Taking enquiries via phone and email
- System management - inputting data
- Project management
- Time management
- Managing spreadsheets
- Managing social media content
The training you will be getting
You will be working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard.
You will receive on and off the job training and support from an assessor and an apprenticeship advisor.
You will be required to attend Cornwall College St Austell on a fortnightly basis as part of the apprenticeship training.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for further employment and development.
