Trusted Energy Solutions are looking to appoint an Office and Accounts Administrator reporting to our Office Manager. We are looking for a candidate who can make a positive contribution to the business, developing their own skills. Duties: Purchase and sales invoicing. Management accounts reporting etc.

increase to 20,000 dependant on candidates experience and knowledge along with level 3 being considered as well if candidates already hold level 2.

What you will do in your working day
- Purchase and sales invoicing.
- Management accounts reporting.
- VAT & CIS processing.
- Payroll & pensions.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Chasing late payments.
- Office administration.
- Maintenance and servicing administration.
- Processing orders.
- Staff administration.
- Customer and supplier queries.
The training you will be getting
Level 2 Accounts/Finance Assistant apprenticeship standard, including Functional Skills if required.
This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Derby Road campus, NG18. This attendance is required during term time only.
You will work with expert assessors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.
You will experience a blended learning model.
You will gather learning evidence, journals and off-the-job records using your e-portfolio.
At the end of the planned learning period, it will be agreed that you are ready to enter 'Gateway' and for your End Point Assessment to be arranged.
Apprentices will be required to take one of the professional qualifications listed below, as chosen by the employer to be most relevant to the job role:
AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting
ACCA Certificate in financial and management accounting (level 2)
IAB Level 2 certificate in bookkeeping
ICB Level 2 certificate in bookkeeping
Accounts or finance assistant / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
