About the employer

Our well-established nursery is located on Lubards Farm in Rayleigh which has on site parking and great transport links. It is a purpose-built nursery open 50 weeks of the year from 7:30am – 5:30pm daily. We take children from 9 months to 5 years old and have three rooms, the Ladybird, Caterpillar and Butterfly Room. We are fortunate to have a large outdoor space and each room has their own area to use to ensure children have access to the garden throughout all sessions. We provide a happy, safe, secure and stimulating environment in which learning is actively encouraged through play. We provide resources, activities and first-hand experiences which allow children to explore and persevere and to become creative, confident learners. We use real learning opportunities such as woodwork to promote creativity and risk taking. The nursery values its staff highly, with many long-standing team members and a family feel with staff wellbeing and development placed as top priority. Our website holds lots of information about our nursery and a great place to look to get a feel for what we have on offer.
