What you will do in your working day

A normal day would include:

  • Checking that advertised vacancies are accurate, up to date and consistent with brand and company messaging across all relevant platforms and job boards
  • Making sure candidates are kept fully informed and receive a warm and welcoming candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, representative of company culture
  • Ensuring assessment centres and interviews are well organised and facilitated efficiently both online and face to face
  • Employer brand posts on company social media platforms are delivered with high accuracy and consistent brand messaging and imagery
  • Psychometric testing and other role related tasks are administered efficiently and in a timely manner
  • All documentation relating to the recruitment process is filed correctly in line with GDPR regulations
  • Up to date recruitment system administration
  • GDPR Audit results
  • Time to hire/cost to hire
  • Employer brand review platforms (ie, Glassdoor, Indeed)
  • Employer brand engagement
