What you will do in your working day
To work in the shop dealing with the following
- Customers both face-to-face and on the telephone
- General admin work
- Keeping records
- job sheets
- invoices
- Perform computer maintenance/repairs on PCs, laptops and tablets
- Printers etc
- Assist customers remotely
The training you will be getting
- Day release at Telford College to enhance learning
- Mentor on site to support with day-to-day learning
- Regular assessor visits to develop qualification
- Work towards City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Professional Competence for IT
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
- As part of the apprenticeship, the candidate will be working towards a qualification with Telford College. The candidate will have progression to complete additional qualifications once completed
