A great opportunity has come up for the successful candidate to join our friendly team at Ash Tree Day Nursery. As an apprentice, you will assist the Nursery and other members of staff and undergo full training to develop skills to enable you to progress with a view for a full-time vacancy once qualified.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

What you will do in your working day
Duties will include:
General care of children, aged 3 months to 5 years.
Adhering to policies and procedures / health and safety
Supporting staff and promoting learning and development of children in your care.
Building positive relationships with parents and other outside agencies.

Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship Functional Skills, if required
