Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
You will need to attend workshops via Teams.
You will have a Mentor who will work with you on a one to one basis.
In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
