What you will do in your working day
The hours of work will be between the hours of 7am and 10pm on a Rota basis so make sure you can get to and from the premises safely during these hours. You will either be at Chefs Kitchen in Mill street Kidderminster or The old leaking well on the Worcester road A449
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Assist with various tasks to support the front-of-house operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required.
- On-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
