What you will do in your working day

  • Point of contact between the business and end-user

  • Setting up new devices for our client base, both Windows and Mac
  • Completion of laptop pre-builds and post-builds
  • Managing your time efficiently and planning your day accordingly

The training you will be getting

This is a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship. Training will be a mix of remote, live tutor led training, face to face training and 1-1 reviews.

Maths and English Functional skills Level 2 if required.
