Full training will be given to be the main point of contact between the business and end-user in logging and supporting all incidents service requests.

What you will do in your working day
- Point of contact between the business and end-user

- Providing updates on tickets
- Creation of tickets
- Resetting passwords
- Setting up new devices for our client base, both Windows and Mac
- Completion of laptop pre-builds and post-builds
- Managing your time efficiently and planning your day accordingly
The training you will be getting
This is a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship. Training will be a mix of remote, live tutor led training, face to face training and 1-1 reviews.
Maths and English Functional skills Level 2 if required.
