A great opportunity has arisen to join Netteam tX, an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering a complete suite of technology solutions to businesses across the UK, as an IT Support Apprentice. Full training will be given to be the main point of contact between the business and end-user in logging and supporting all incidents service requests.

What you will do in your working day
- Point of contact between the business and end-user
- Logging all incidents and service requests
- Providing updates on tickets
- Creation of tickets
- Resetting passwords
- Setting up new devices for our client base, both Windows and Mac
- Completion of laptop pre-builds and post-builds
- Managing your time efficiently and planning your day accordingly
The training you will be getting
This is a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship. Training will be a mix of remote, live tutor led training, face to face training and 1-1 reviews.
Maths and English Functional skills Level 2 if required.
