VQ Solutions are looking for a confident individual to provide a high level of customer service in DR Moss and Partner's practice within the reception area. You will welcome and handle patient enquiries to a professional standard working within the administration department and reception.

What you will do in your working day
- Welcoming patients to the surgery - providing excellent customer service at all times
- Arranging appointments via the telephone and face to face
- Handling repeat prescription requests
- Arranging visit requests
- Dealing with SystmOne tasks
- Updating and adding new patient records to SystmOne
- Supporting the administrative team where required
- Process E-consults
The training you will be getting
You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship delivered by VQ Solutions. You'll have a dedicated VQ Mentor and will also be supported internally by your manager. During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend online workshop sessions and have regular reviews. All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
The majority of our apprentices are offered full-time roles upon the successful completion of their apprenticeship.
