What you will do in your working day

You will support the team at Triton through a variety of administrative tasks, including but not exclusive to the below:

  • Answering phones and taking messages
  • Assist recruitment consultants by liaising with candidates, following up documentation or gathering information
  • Holding responsibility for checking and uploading right to work scheme
  • Preparing relevant documentation
  • Ensuring all data is correct, inputting accordingly 
  • Ensuring the database is up to date, actioning any areas that are required
  • Assisting the accounts team with Sage50 
  • General office duties as and when required

The training you will be getting

You will work towards an Advanced level Business Administration Apprenticeship delivered by VQ Solutions. You'll have a dedicated VQ Mentor and will also be supported internally by your manager.

During this apprenticeship, you will develop a portfolio, attend online workshop sessions and have regular reviews. All apprenticeship work will be completed during working hours.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Once training is completed there will be a variety of roles the candidate
can move into such as business admin, payroll, credit control and sales.
