What you will do in your working day
The day to day responsibilities of this job would be to assist with:
- Mucking out
- Turning horses in and out
- Grooming
- Preparing horses for exercise
- Cleaning tack
- Putting horses on and off the walker
- Keeping the yard tidy
The training you will be getting
You will be working towards your Level 2 Equine Groom Apprentice and may be required to take your Level 1 Functional Skills qualification.
Apprenticeship supported by Haddon Training, along with maths and English functional skills if required.
