What you will do in your working day
• Raising sales orders over the phone
• General admin surrounding the sales function
• Reviewing all activity on Sage 50 (our IT function used for all orders) to ensure a smooth sales journey
• Liaising with internal departments, Design, Commercial, Production
• Providing a bridge between the sales people and the internal customers
• Contacting customers to confirm or query details
• Developing to undertake account management activities providing support and an excellent service
• Providing cover on holidays after training provided
The training you will be getting
Intermediate Level 2 Apprenticeship in Customer Service, including NVQ and functional skills maths and English. Work based learning.
