What you will do in your working day

  • Planning email marketing
  • Sending out email marketing campaigns, both day-to-day and bespoke
  • Range of general administration tasks
  • Using CRMs and additional marketing support software
  • Attend marketing meetings and assist with supporting marketing team
  • Maintain own calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Assist in upkeep and development of CRM including integration with other platforms
  • Build up to be able to deal with Sales CRM queries and manage the sales reps’ marketing activity
  • Full and ongoing training will be provided

Digital marketer Level 3 (A level)

Level 2 English and maths will need to be achieved, if not already, prior to taking the end point assessment. 

Apprentices must achieve one internationally recognised vendor or professional qualification.
