You will liaise with customers and suppliers on a daily basis, and work with the rest of the team ensuring work flows smoothly. What you will do in your working day
· Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock
· Putting together quotes for customers
· Answering the phone and replying to emails
· Regular communication with the rest of the team
· Checking digital artwork
· Sorting incoming and outgoing stock
· Co-ordinating workflow in conjunction with the rest of the team
The training you will be getting
Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Holmer Road (HR4 9SX).
You will receive training a training plan that is specific to your qualification, with sessions that are delivered through a combination of face-to-face and remote.
Additional training for functional skills in English and maths will be undertaken if needed.
You will receive monthly visits from your assigned Learning and Development Specialist, who will set you work, monitor your development and wellbeing, and discuss training sessions. They will also prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
There is also a five-day teambuilding residential trip that is held in spring of each year.
What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship
There will be a full-time permanent position for an apprentice who completes and excels at the role. There would also be significant scope to take on further responsibilities within the company for this successful individual.
