What you will do in your working day

Working within a Busy Office Environment with Many of the Business Departments at your Finger Tips. 

Whilst working and controlling your own projects, your work is vital as it has a dramatic effect on the larger picture. As part of the team you will be involved in many General Office duties - phone, e-mails & scanning, customer care, and HR. You will also work with shipping and logistics and managing and controlling Databases and other in-house software.

As you progress into your apprenticeship you will soon discover the route you are taking as you start to make a difference and take more control and responsibility in certain fields.

The training you will be getting

  • Level 3 Business Administrator certification
  • Functional Skills in English and maths if required
  • Training can be done in a variety of ways - online and classroom whilst the majority will be On-the-job
