What you will do in your working day
The company is involved in the testing and analysis of pharmaceutical products and is looking to recruit an individual to assist within the administration department.
The main duties while learning would eventually include:
- Assisting the Technical departments with the production of accurate and high-quality written documents and reports as per requirements
- Raising and producing typed purchase orders and quotations as per requirements
- Producing and managing company administrative records
- Setting up documents for new projects
- Assisting with deliveries
- Handling incoming calls
