We are looking for a young person who wants to pursue butchery as a career choice in a growing company with several locations in the south. There will be full training and an apprenticeship programme in place through the Government backed scheme, leading to a full qualification.

What you will do in your working day
You will be working with our experienced butchery team learning the following:
- Serving customers
- How to break up carcass meats down to saleable cuts
- Cleaning and health and safety
- General butchery tasks
The training you will be getting
- Butcher Standards Level 2 Qualification
- FDQ Level 2 Award in Food Safety
- FDQ Level 2 Award in Health and Safety
- FDQ Level 2 Award in Knife Skills
- Level 1 / 2 Functional skills in English and maths if required
