As part of your position you will monitor stock at the port and request material from the port to maintain appropriate stock levels and assist with stock queries at stock take and support the stock take reconciliation.

What you will do in your working day

  • Assist with daily stock queries and general stock related problems
  • Monitor and flag aged stock issues for action
  • D365 stock control housekeeping
  • Release work orders to the manufacturing team in priority order taking into consideration campaigns that enables efficiency within manufacturing facility
  • Order pallets & maintain database

The training you will be getting

  • This is a level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship delivered over a period of 18 months
  • You will be required to attend the training centre, In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge, WS9 8UG, on 2-day block release for 5 weeks
    After this, an assessor will visit the apprentice at the company premises, one day per month, for the duration of the training

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

  • On completion of your apprenticeship, you would be offered a permanent role, along with any further training, if required
