What you will do in your working day
Duties:
- Undertake relevant training and development
- Develop an understanding of Montessori Philosophy
- Assist in the maintenance of the prepared environment, both indoors and outdoors
- Work alongside and support other team members
- Uphold confidentiality of information received regarding children, parents and team members
- Promote a positive attitude towards both the nursery and the children at all times
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Undertake certain domestic tasks
The training you will be getting
- Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Qualification
- Pediatric first aid qualification
- Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking their end point assessment
