Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
Duties:
- Looking after young children from babies to preschool age
- Supporting children on a variety of different activities
- Undertaking domestic tasks including cleaning equipment, tidying etc
- Working as part of a team and meeting the needs of all the children we care for

Other requirements
Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure if they don't have one already. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
